[37:1] The arrangers who align themselves in positions ordained.

(ব্যৱস্থাকাৰিসকল যি নির্ধাৰিত অবস্থানত নিজকে শাৰিবদ্ধ কৰে)

Everything in the universe operates consistently and in precision with God's laws. Everything, 

no matter how small or large knows its direction and has a determined result because it follows 

these laws in the System of God. See verses  6:59; 6:132; 34:54; 37:166.(sig).

۞ وَعِنْدَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ۚ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِنْ وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ

আৰু গায়েবৰ চাবি-কাঠি আছে তেওঁৰেই ওচৰত, তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে কোনেও সেয়া নাজানে। স্থল আৰু সাগৰৰ অন্ধকাৰসমূহত যি আছে সেয়া কেৱল তেৱেঁই অৱগত, তেওঁৰ অজানিতে গছৰ এটা পাতো নসৰে। মাটিৰ অন্ধাকাৰত এনে কোনো শস্যকণাও অংকুৰিত নহয় অথবা ৰসযুক্ত নাইবা শুকান এনে কোনো বস্তু নাই যিটো স্পষ্ট কিতাবত নাই।

وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَاتٌ مِمَّا عَمِلُوا ۚ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ

আৰু সিহঁতে যি আমল কৰে, সেই অনুসাৰে প্ৰত্যেকৰে মৰ্যাদা আছে আৰু সিহঁতে যি কৰে সেই সম্পৰ্কে তোমাৰ ৰব অমনোযোগী নহয়।

وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الْمُسَبِّحُونَ

‘আৰু নিশ্চয় আমি তেওঁৰ পৱিত্ৰতা আৰু মহিমা ঘোষণাকাৰী’।)

إِنَّ إِلَٰهَكُمْ لَوَاحِدٌ

নিশ্চয় তোমালোকৰ ইলাহ এজন,

37:4. The existence of all these is a living proof of the reality that command and control rests only with Allah, and none else. All human beings should therefore obey only Him.pz.

رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ الْمَشَارِقِ

যিজন আকাশসমূহ, পৃথিৱী আৰু এই দুয়োৰে মধ্যৱৰ্তী সকলো বস্তুৰ ৰব আৰু উদয়স্থল সমূহৰো ৰব।

37:5. It is the obedience of the God Whose laws of Rabubiyat are in force in the whole 

universe (70:40). His Rabubiyyat or sustenance is not only for nourishment and physical development, but it also provides guidance to all mankind, as all sources of human knowledge and that of Wahi emanate from it.pz.

فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ

এতেকে মই শপত কৰিছো উদয়স্থল আৰু অস্তাচলসমূহৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ, অৱশ্যে আমি সক্ষম,)

(of sunset" 55:1➡️I.e., of the extreme points of sunrise and sunset in summer and in winter (see 37:5 and 70:40), including "all that is between them": a metonym for God's being the Ultimate Cause of the orbital movement within the universe).

إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ الْكَوَاكِبِ

নিশ্চয় আমি নিকটৱৰ্তী আকাশখনক নক্ষত্ৰৰাজিৰ সৌন্দৰ্যৰে সুশোভিত কৰিছো,

astrologers and priests can also tell them things similar to whatever the Rasool claims to be from Allah. However the reality of the stars is that they are nothing but planetary bodies in orbit in space, which look beautiful because of their brightness.pz.

(১৫:১৬-১৮

وَلَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا فِي السَّمَاءِ بُرُوجًا وَزَيَّنَّاهَا لِلنَّاظِرِينَ

আৰু অৱশ্যে আমি আকাশত বুৰুজসমূহ সৃষ্টি কৰিছো আৰু দৰ্শকসকলৰ বাবে সেইবোৰক সৌন্দৰ্যময় কৰিছো।

১৫:১৭

وَحَفِظْنَاهَا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ رَجِيمٍ

আৰু প্ৰত্যেক অভিশপ্ত চয়তানৰ পৰা আমি সেইবোৰক সুৰক্ষিত কৰিছো;

১৫:১৮

إِلَّا مَنِ اسْتَرَقَ السَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ مُبِينٌ

কিন্তু কোনোবাই লুকাই-চুৰকৈ শুনিব ধৰিলে প্ৰদীপ্ত শিখাই তাৰ পিছ লয়।)

وَحِفْظًا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَارِدٍ

আৰু ৰক্ষা কৰিছো প্ৰত্যেক বিদ্ৰোহী চয়তানৰ পৰা।

৬৭:৫-৬

وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِلشَّيَاطِينِ ۖ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ

নিশ্চয় আমি নিকটৱৰ্তী আকাশক প্ৰদীপপুঞ্জৰ দ্বাৰা সুশোভিত কৰিছো আৰু সেইবোৰক চয়তানসকলৰ প্ৰতি নিক্ষেপৰ উপকৰণ বনাইছো আৰু সিহঁতৰ বাবে প্ৰস্তুত কৰিছো জ্বলন্ত অগ্নিকুণ্ডৰ শাস্তি।

৬৭:৬

وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ

আৰু যিসকলে নিজ প্ৰতিপালকক অস্বীকাৰ কৰিছে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে আছে জাহান্নামৰ শাস্তি; আৰু কিমান যে নিকৃষ্ট সেই প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তনস্থল।

لَا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى الْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَانِبٍ

ফলত সিহঁতে উৰ্দ্ধজগতৰ* একোৱে শুনিব নোৱাৰে, কাৰণ কেউফালৰ পৰা সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতি নিক্ষেপ কৰা হয় (উল্কাপিণ্ড),

إِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ الْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ

কিন্তু হঠাৎ কোনোবাই কিবা শুনিলে জ্বলন্ত উল্কাপিণ্ডই তাৰ পিছে পিছে খেদি যায়।

فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَهُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَمْ مَنْ خَلَقْنَا ۚ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُمْ مِنْ طِينٍ لَازِبٍ

এতেকে সিহঁতক সুধি চোৱাচোন, সৃষ্টিৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত সিহঁতে বেছি জটিল নে আমি আন যিবোৰ সৃষ্টি কৰিছো সেইবোৰ? আমি সিহঁতক দেখোন আলতীয়া মাটিৰ পৰা সৃষ্টি কৰিছো।

(৩:৫৯

إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ آدَمَ ۖ خَلَقَهُ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ

নিশ্চয় আল্লাহৰ ওচৰত ঈছাৰ উদাহৰণ আদমৰ দৰে, তেখেতে তেওঁক মাটিৰ পৰা সৃষ্টি কৰিছিল। তাৰ পিছত তেওঁক কৈছিল, ‘হ’, ফলত তেওঁ হৈ গ’ল।

৩৬:৮২

إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ

তেওঁৰ বিষয়টো এনেকুৱা যে, তেওঁ যেতিয়া কোনো বস্তুৰ ইচ্ছা কৰে, তেতিয়া কেৱল কয়, ‘হ’, ফলত সেইটো হৈ যায়।)

بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ

বৰং তুমি বিস্ময়বোধ কৰিছা, আৰু সিহঁতে বিদ্ৰূপ কৰি আছে।

وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لَا يَذْكُرُونَ

আৰু যেতিয়া সিহঁতক উপদেশ দিয়া হয়, তেতিয়া সিহঁতে সেয়া গ্ৰহণ নকৰে।

(37:13 They do not take to heart (the wonders of nature) when reminded.)

WORD BY WORD MEANING:BB:

In the name of GOD (Bis'mi-llahi), the GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maani), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim).

[37:1] By (Wa) the arrangers (Es'Soaffaati)* in a row (Soffaa),

[37:2] and (Fa) the restrainers (Ez'Zaajiraati) of rebuke (Zaj'raa),

[37:3] and (Fa) the reciters (Ettaaliyaati) of a remembrance (Zik'raa);

[37:4] indeed (Inna), your god (ilaaha-kum’) is (La) One (Waahid),

[37:5] LORD (Rabbu) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di) and whatever (Wamaa) is between them (Bai'nahumaa) and (Wa) LORD (Rabbu) of the east (El'Mashaariq).

[37:6] Indeed (Inna), We have adorned (Ayyanna) the lowest (Ed'Dun'ya) heaven (Es'Samaa'a) with (Bi) the adornment (Ziinatin) of planets (El'Kawaakib),

[37:7] guarding (Hif'zoan) against (Min) every (Kulli) rebellious (Maarid) devil (Shai'toanin).

[37:8] They (the devils) cannot (Laa) listen (Yassammauuna) to (ilal) the highest (El'A'laa) assembly (El'Malai); for

(Wa) they will be pelted (Yuq'zafuuna) from (Min) every (Kulli) side (Jaanib),

[37:9] to be driven away (Duhuuran); and (Wa) they will have (Lahum) a permanent (Waasib) punishment 

(Åzaabun). 

[37:10] Only (illa) one whom (Man') the impulse (El'Khat'fata) catches (Khatifa), then (Fa) a penetrating (Thaaqib) meteor (Shihaabun) will chase him (At'baå-hu). 

[37:11] So (Fa) seek their legal opinion (Es'taf'ti-him), "Are they (the jinn)

(Ahum') more difficult (Ashaddu) in 

creation (Khal'qan) or (Am) those (Man') We created (Khalaq'naa)?" Indeed (Innaa), We created them (Khalaq'naa-hum) from (Min) sticky (Laazib) clay (Tiinin). 

[37:12] In fact (Bal'), you are amazed (Åjib'ta), while (Wa) they ridicule (Yas'kharuun).

[37:13] And (Wa) when (Izaa) they are reminded (Zukkiru'), they do not (Laa) remember (Yaz'kuruun).
