إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
মুমিনসকলৰ উক্তি হৈছে এইটো— যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত বিচাৰ-ফয়চালা কৰি দিয়াৰ বাবে আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ পিনে আহ্বান কৰা হয়, তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে কয়, ‘আমি শুনিলো আৰু আনুগত্য কৰিলো’। তেওঁলোকেই সফলকাম।

وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَخْشَ اللَّهَ وَيَتَّقْهِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ
আৰু যিয়ে আল্লাহ আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাছুলৰ আনুগত্য কৰে, আৰু আল্লাহক ভয় কৰে লগতে তেওঁৰ তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰে, তেওঁলোকেই কৃতকাৰ্য।

وَآمِنُوا بِمَا أَنْزَلْتُ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا مَعَكُمْ وَلَا تَكُونُوا أَوَّلَ كَافِرٍ بِهِ ۖ وَلَا تَشْتَرُوا بِآيَاتِي ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا وَإِيَّايَ فَاتَّقُونِ
আৰু মই যি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো তোমালোকে তাৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান আনা। এইটো তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত যি আছে তাৰ সত্যতা প্ৰমাণকাৰী। আৰু তোমালোকেই ইয়াৰ প্ৰথম অস্বীকাৰকাৰী নহ’বা আৰু তোমালোকে মোৰ আয়াতসমূহ সামান্য মূল্যত বিক্ৰী নকৰিবা । আৰু তোমালোকে কেৱল মোকেই ভয় কৰা।

۞ وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِنْ أَمَرْتَهُمْ لَيَخْرُجُنَّ ۖ قُلْ لَا تُقْسِمُوا ۖ طَاعَةٌ مَعْرُوفَةٌ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
আৰু সিহঁতে দৃঢ়ভাৱে আল্লাহৰ শপত খাই কয় যে, তুমি যদি সিহঁতক আদেশ কৰা তেন্তে সিহঁত নিশ্চয় ওলাই আহিব। তুমি কোৱা, ‘শপত নাখাবা, আনুগত্যৰ বিষয়টো ভালকৈয়ে জনা আছে। তোমালোকে যি কৰা নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সেই বিষয়ে সবিশেষ অৱহিত’।

قُلْ أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ ۖ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَعَلَيْكُمْ مَا حُمِّلْتُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ تُطِيعُوهُ تَهْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ
কোৱা, ‘তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ আনুগত্য কৰা আৰু ৰাছুলৰ আনুগত্য কৰা’। তথাপিও যদি তোমালোকে মুখ ঘূৰাই লোৱা, তেন্তে তেওঁ কেৱল তেওঁৰ ওপৰত অৰ্পিত দায়িত্বৰ বাবে দায়ী আৰু তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত অৰ্পিত দায়িত্বৰ বাবে তোমালোক নিজেই দায়ী; যদি তোমালোকে তেওঁৰ আনুগত্য* কৰা তেন্তে সৎপথ পাবা, দৰাচলতে ৰাছুলৰ দায়িত্ব কেৱল সুস্পষ্টভাৱে পৌঁচাই দিয়া।**

Obey God and Obey the messenger now means to obey the message individually and collectively, this also applies when implemented by the government or leaders of the day, providing that they remain within the Quranic Permanent Values and Absolute Laws. Accepting laws that contradict God's laws is shirk, treachery, the accepting of an authority (other lawmakers) as equal to God. See verses 9:1-10 and see 80:42. See also verse 46:35.sig.

وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَىٰ لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا ۚ يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا ۚ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
তোমালোকৰ মাজত যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে আৰু সৎকৰ্ম কৰিছে আল্লাহে তেওঁলোকক প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিছে যে, তেওঁ অৱশ্যে তেওঁলোকক পৃথিৱীত প্ৰতিনিধিত্ব দান কৰিব, যেনেকৈ তেওঁ প্ৰতিনিধিত্ব দান কৰিছিল তেওঁলোকৰ পূৰ্বৱৰ্তীসকলক আৰু তেওঁ অৱশ্যে তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে তেওঁলোকৰ দ্বীনক প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত কৰিব*📍 যিটো তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে তেওঁ পছন্দ কৰিছে আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ ভয়-ভীতিক শান্তি-নিৰাপত্তাত**📍 পৰিবৰ্তন কৰি দিব। তেওঁলোকে কেৱল মোৰেই ইবাদত কৰিব, মোৰ লগত আন কাকো অংশীদাৰ স্থাপন নকৰিব, কিন্তু ইয়াৰ পিছত যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰিব সিহঁতেই ফাছিক্ব।

حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُ وَالْمَوْقُوذَةُ وَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَالنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِلَّا مَا ذَكَّيْتُمْ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ وَأَنْ تَسْتَقْسِمُوا بِالْأَزْلَامِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ فِسْقٌ ۗ الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ دِينِكُمْ فَلَا تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ ۚ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا ۚ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِإِثْمٍ ۙ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
তোমালোকৰ বাবে হাৰাম কৰা হৈছে মৃত জন্তু, তেজ, গাহৰিৰ মাংস, আল্লাহৰ বাহিৰে আনৰ নামত জবেহ কৰা পশু, ডিঙি চেপি বধ কৰা জন্তু, প্ৰহাৰ কৰি বধ কৰা জন্তু, ওপৰৰ পৰা পৰি মৰা পশু, অন্য প্ৰাণীৰ শিঙৰ আঘাতত মৰা জন্তু আৰু হিংস্ৰ পশুৱে খোৱা জন্তু কিন্তু যিটো তোমালোকে জবেহ কৰিব পাৰিছা সেইটোৰ বাহিৰে, আৰু সেইটোও হাৰাম কৰা হৈছে যিটো মূৰ্তি পূজাৰ বেদীত বলি দিয়া হয়। তীৰ খেলৰ জুৱাৰে ভাগ্য নিৰ্ণয় কৰাও নিষিদ্ধ কৰা হৈছে। এই সকলোবোৰ মহাপাপ। আজি কাফিৰসকল তোমালোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধাচৰণত হতাশ হৈছে, সেয়ে সিহঁতক ভয় নকৰিবা কেৱল মোকেই ভয় কৰা। আজি মই তোমালোকৰ বাবে তোমালোকৰ দ্বীনক পৰিপূৰ্ণ কৰিলো আৰু তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত মোৰ অনুগ্ৰহ সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিলো, আৰু তোমালোকৰ বাবে ইছলামক দ্বীন হিচাপে মনোনীত কৰিলো। এতেকে যিয়ে পাপ কৰ্মৰ ফালে ধাৱিত নহৈ কেৱল ভোকৰ তাড়নাত বাধ্য হৈ (ভক্ষণ কৰিলে) তেন্তে নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পৰম দয়ালু।

৬:৮২
الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوا إِيمَانَهُمْ بِظُلْمٍ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمُ الْأَمْنُ وَهُمْ مُهْتَدُونَ
যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে আৰু সিহঁতৰ ঈমানক যুলুমৰ (শ্বিৰ্কৰ) দ্বাৰা কলুষিত কৰা নাই, নিৰাপত্তা কেৱল সিহঁতৰ বাবেই আৰু সিহঁতেই হিদায়তপ্ৰাপ্ত।

24:55. (The question arises as to what one would gain by obeying these Laws? Allah has promised people who have faith in the truthfulness of the Divine Laws and who do the righteous deeds, that He will establish their authority on this earth ~ 33:27; and their government will turn their land into Jannah ~ 39:74.) This is Our eternal Law according to which We caused previous generations to establish their authority on this earth (28:6). According to this Law and as a result of their Eiman and righteous deeds, We will grant them rule over the land and strengthen the system of life which We have chosen for them. The result will be that it will replace their erstwhile state of fear by a sense of security and peace;
so that they may obey Our Laws in comfort. Also there will be no pressure on them to obey any one else, thus becoming guilty of Shirk. (No worldly power or authority should force them to obey man-made or other laws instead of those given by Allah.)
(But keep one thing in mind. This Order will last as long as they continue obeying Our
Laws.) For those who after theestablishment of the system do not work according to it (and start enforcing their own laws), this will amount to going astray and abandoning the straight path which leads them to the right destination. (They will thus be deprived of the bounties of
a blissful life which are the result of Eiman and righteous deeds. When the basis is lost how can its fruitful results be sustained?)(pz).

وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
আৰু তোমালোকে ছালাত কায়েম কৰা, যাকাত প্ৰদান কৰা আৰু ৰাছুলৰ আনুগত্য কৰা, যাতে তোমালোক ৰহমতপ্ৰাপ্ত* হ’ব পাৰা।

وَهَٰذَا كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
আৰু এই কিতাব, যিখন আমি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো – বৰকতময়। সেয়ে তোমালোকে ইয়াৰ অনুসৰণ✔️ কৰা আৰু তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন কৰা, যাতে তোমালোক ৰহমতপ্ৰাপ্ত হোৱা।

اتَّبِعُوا مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۗ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত যি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰা হৈছে, তোমালোকে তাৰ অনুসৰণ কৰা আৰু তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে আন কাকো অভিভাৱকৰূপে অনুসৰণ নকৰিবা। তোমালোকে খুব কমেই উপদেশ গ্ৰহণ কৰা।

لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ ۖ وَلَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰিছে সিহঁতৰ বিষয়ে তুমি কেতিয়াও এইটো নাভাৱিবা যে, সিহঁতে পৃথিৱীত* অপাৰগকাৰী। সিহঁতৰ আশ্ৰয়স্থল হৈছে অগ্নি; আৰু কিমান যে নিকৃষ্ট এই প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তনস্থল!

أُولَٰئِكَ لَمْ يَكُونُوا مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ يُضَاعَفُ لَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ ۚ مَا كَانُوا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ السَّمْعَ وَمَا كَانُوا يُبْصِرُونَ
পৃথিৱীত আল্লাহক ব্যৰ্থ কৰাৰ ক্ষমতা সিহঁতৰ নাছিল আৰু আল্লাহৰ বাহিৰে সিহঁতৰ কোনো সহায়কাৰীও নাছিল; সিহঁতৰ শাস্তি দ্বিগুণ কৰা হ’ব; সিহঁতৰ শুনিবলৈও সামৰ্থ নাছিল আৰু দেখিবলৈও নাছিল।

[24:51] The only (Innamaa) word (Qaw'la) of the believers (El'Mu'miniina) when (Izaa) they are invited (Du'uu') to (ilaa) GOD (Ellahi) and (Wa) HIS messenger (Rasuuli-hi) in order to (Li) judge (Yah'kuma)between them (Bai'nahum') is that (An) they say (Yaquulu'), "We hear (Sami'naa) and we obey (Ato'naa)." They (Humu) are those (U'laaika) who are the successful (El'Muf'lihuun).
(4:65)
[24:52] And (Wa) whoever (Man) obeys (Yutie) GOD (Ellaha) and HIS messenger (Rasuula-hu) and fears GOD (Yakh'sha-llaha) and reverences HIM (Yattaq'hi), then (Fa) they (Humu) are those (U'laaika) who are
the achievers (El'Faa'izuun).
[24:53] And (Wa) they (the hypocrites) swear (Aq'samu') by GOD (Billahi) in the effort (Jah'da) of their oaths (Ai'maana-him') that, "If (La'in') you (s)should command them (Amar'ta-hum'), they would (La) go forth
(Yakh'rujunna)." Say (Qul): "Do not (Laa) swear (Tuq'simu'). Obedience (Toa'åtun) is well-known (Ma'ruufatun). Indeed, GOD (Innallaha) is conversant (Khabiiru) with what (Bimaa) you do (Ta'maluun)."
[24:54] Say (Qul'): "Obey GOD (Atiiu'llaha) and (Wa) obey (Atiiu') the Messenger (Er'Rasuula); but (Fa) if (In)you turn away (Tawallaw'), then (Fa) upon him (Ålai'hi) is only (Innamaa) what (Maa) has been imposed (Hummila) and upon you (p) (Ålai'kum) is what (Maa) you have been imposed (Hummil'tum'). And (Wa) if
(In) you obey him (4:80) (Tutiiuu-hu), you will be guided (Tah'tadu'). And (Wa) only (Maa illa) the clear(El'Mubiin) notification (El’Balaagu) is upon (Ålaa) the Messenger (Er'Rasuuli).“ (16:82)
[24:55] GOD has promised (Waåda-llahu) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') among you (Minkum')and (Wa) do (Åmilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati) that HE will (La) grant them succession (Yas'takh'lifannahum) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) just as (Kamaa) HE granted those (Ellaziina) before them (MinQab'li-him) succession (-Es'takh'lafa) and (Wa) will (La) firmly establish (Yumakkinanna) their religion
(Diina-humu) for them (Lahum) which (Ellazii) HE has approved (Er'tadoa) for them (5:3) (Lahum), and HE will (La) substitute for them (Yubaddilanna-hum) security (6:82) (Am'nan) after (Min Ba'di) their fear
(Khaw'fi-him), worshipping ME (Ya'buduuna-nii) without (Laa) associating (Tush'rikuuna) anything (Shai'an) with ME (Bii). And (Wa) whoever (Man) disbelieves (Kafara) after (Ba'da) that (Zaalika), then (Fa)those (U'laaika) are the immoral (El'Faasiquun).
[24:56] And (Wa) establish (Aqiimu') Prayer (Es'Solaata) and give (Aatu') Charity (Ez'Zakaata) and obey (Atiiu') the Messenger (Er'Rasuula) so that you (p) (Laållakum') may attain mercy (6:155) (Tur'hamuun).
[24:57] Do not (Laa) think that (Tah'sabanna) those who (Ellaziina) disbelieve (Kafaru') are causing failure (Mu'jiziina) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di). For (Wa) their abode (Ma'waa-humu) is the Fire (En'Naaru); and (Wa)wretched (Labi'sa) is the destiny (El'Masiir).
