নিশ্চয় ইয়াক আমি অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো এটা বৰকতময় ৰাতিত; নিশ্চয় আমি সতৰ্ককাৰী।

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَنْ شَهِدَ مِنْكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَنْ كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۗ يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

ৰমজান সেই মাহ, যি মাহত কোৰআন অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰা হৈছে মানৱ জাতিৰ হিদায়তৰ বাবে আৰু হিদায়তৰ স্পষ্ট নিদৰ্শন আৰু সত্য-অসত্যৰ পাৰ্থক্যকাৰীৰূপে।এতেকে তোমালোকৰ মাজত যিয়ে এই মাহত উপনীত হ’ব সি যেন এই মাহত ছিয়াম পালন কৰে। কিন্তু তোমালোকৰ কোনোবাই অসুস্থ থাকিলে অথবা ভ্ৰমণাৱস্থাত থাকিলে বেলেগ দিনবোৰত এই সংখ্যা পূৰণ কৰিব। আল্লাহে তোমালোকৰ বাবে সহজটো বিচাৰে আৰু তোমালোকৰ বাবে কষ্ট নিবিচাৰে, যাতে তোমালোকে সংখ্যা পূৰ্ণ কৰা আৰু তেওঁ যে তোমালোকক হিদায়ত দিছে তাৰবাবে তোমালোকে আল্লাহৰ মহিমা ঘোষণা কৰা আৰু যাতে তোমালোকে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্ৰকাশ কৰা।

 إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ

নিশ্চয় আমি ইয়াক লাইলাতুল ক্বদৰত অৱতীৰ্ণ কৰিছো;)

فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ

সেই ৰাতিতেই প্ৰত্যেক চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত স্থিৰ কৰা হয়,

رَبِّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُوقِنِينَ

তেৱেঁই আকাশসমূহ, পৃথিৱী আৰু এই দুয়োৰে মাজৰ সকলো বস্তুৰ ৰব; যদি তোমালোকে নিশ্চিত* বিশ্বাসী হোৱা।

Arabic: *yaqina. Generally translated as to be certain and synonyms, such values are acceptable but require clarification. There exists an unfortunate disconnect between Arabic and English here. In short, yaqina means two related things: to verify or confirm on the one hand and to be certain or sure on the other — depending on whether or not the idea is perfective. The two aspects are obviously related: having verified, one is then certain. However, in the English of today such a relationship is not obvious. If to believe is fraught with difficulty in English (meaning today anything between to accept blindly and to be gullible on the one hand through to give purely intellectual assent to on the other) then to be certain to some extent is an expansion or intensification of what to believe has come to mean. In the name of GOD (Bis'mi-llahi), the GRACIOUS (Er' Rah'maani), the MERCIFUL (Er' Rahiim).

[44:1] H (Ha), M (Miim);

[44:2] By (Wa) the Clear (El'Mubiin) Book (El'Kitaabi).

[44:3] Indeed, (Innaa) We revealed it (Anzal'naa-hu) in (Fii) a blessed (Mubaarakatin) night (Lai'latin). 

Indeed (Innaa), We are (Kunna) warning (Munziriin).

[44:4] Every (Kullu) matter (Am'rin) therein (Fiihaa) was distinguished (Yuf'raqu) wisely (Hakiim);

[44:5] matters (Am'ran) from Us (Min' Endi-naa). Indeed (Innaa), We were (Kunna) transmitting (Mur'siliin)

[44:6] as mercy (Rah'matan) from (Min) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka); indeed, HE (Innahu) is (Huwa) the 

HEARER (Es' Samiiu), the OMNISCIENT (El' Åliim).

[44:7] LORD (Rabbi) of the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di) and whatever (Wamaa) is 

between them both (Bai'nahumaa), if (In) you should be (Kuntum) certain (Muuqiniin). 

[44:8] There is no god (Laa ilaaha) except (illa) HIM (Huwa), HE gives life (Yuh'yii) and (Wa) causes death 

(Yumiitu); your LORD (Rabbu-kum) and LORD (Rabbu) of your forefathers (Aabaai-kumul' Awwaliin).

[44:9] But rather (Bal') they (Hum') are in (Fii) doubt (Shakkin), playing (Yal'åbuun).

[44:10] So (Fa) keep watching (Er'taqib') for the day (Yaw'ma) the sky (Es'Samaau) will bring (Ya'tii Bi) a 

clear (Mubiin) smoke (Dukhaanin)*,

[44:11] covering (Yag'shaa) the people (En'Naasa); this (Haaza) is a painful (Aliim) punishment (Åzaabun).

[44:12] "Our LORD (Rabba-naa), bare (Ek'shif') the punishment (El'Åzaaba) from us (Ånnaa); indeed, we 

(Innaa) will be believers (Mu'minuun)."
