إِذِ الْأَغْلَالُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَالسَّلَاسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
যেতিয়া সিহঁতৰ ডিঙিত গলাবদ্ধ আৰু শিকলি থাকিব, আৰু সিহঁতক টানি লৈ যোৱা হ’ব,

۞ وَإِنْ تَعْجَبْ فَعَجَبٌ قَوْلُهُمْ أَإِذَا كُنَّا تُرَابًا أَإِنَّا لَفِي خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ ۗ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ الْأَغْلَالُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
আৰু যদি তুমি বিস্মিত হোৱা, তেন্তে (তাতোকৈ) বিস্ময়ৰ বিষয় হৈছে সিহঁতৰ এই কথাঃ ‘আমি যেতিয়া মাটিত পৰিণত হম, তাৰ পিছতো আমি নতুন জীৱন লাভ কৰিম নে’? ইহঁতেই হৈছে সেইসকল লোক যিসকলে নিজ প্ৰতিপালকৰ লগত কুফৰী কৰিছে, আৰু ইহঁতৰেই ডিঙিত থাকিব শিকলি, আৰু ইহঁতেই অগ্নিৰ অধিবাসী, তাত সিহঁত স্থায়ী হ’ব।

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا بَلْ مَكْرُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ إِذْ تَأْمُرُونَنَا أَنْ نَكْفُرَ بِاللَّهِ وَنَجْعَلَ لَهُ أَنْدَادًا ۚ وَأَسَرُّوا النَّدَامَةَ لَمَّا رَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ وَجَعَلْنَا الْأَغْلَالَ فِي أَعْنَاقِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ هَلْ يُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
আৰু যিসকলক দুৰ্বল কৰি ৰখা হৈছিল সিহঁতে, অহংকাৰকাৰীবিলাকক ক’ব, ‘দৰাচলতে তোমালোকেই দিনে-ৰাতি চক্ৰান্তত লিপ্ত আছিলা, যেতিয়া তোমালোকে আমাক আদেশ কৰিছিলা যাতে আমি আল্লাহৰ লগত কুফৰী কৰো আৰু তেওঁৰ বাবে সমকক্ষ (শ্বিৰ্ক) স্থাপন কৰো’। কিন্তু যেতিয়া সিহঁতে শাস্তি দেখিবলৈ পাব, তেতিয়া সিহঁতে অনুতাপ গোপনে ৰাখিব আৰু যিসকলে কুফৰী কৰিছিল আমি সিহঁতৰ ডিঙিত শিকলি লগাম। সিহঁতে যি কৰিছিল সিহঁতক কেৱল তাৰেই প্ৰতিফল দিয়া হ’ব।

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلَالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الْأَذْقَانِ فَهُمْ مُقْمَحُونَ
নিশ্চয় আমি সিহঁতৰ ডিঙিত থুঁতৰিলৈকে গলাবান্ধ (শিকলি) মেৰিয়াই দিছো, ফলত সিহঁত উৰ্দ্ধমুখী হৈ গৈছে।(link: https://bit.ly/3Fvd7mv)

40:71-74. With yokes around their necks and in chains, they will be dragged into the boiling fluid and then thrown in the fire. At that time they will be asked about where those to whom they ascribed a share of Allah’s divinity and obeyed, were. (Now call them for help!) They shall reply, "They have disappeared and cannot be seen anywhere. The reality has now dawned upon us that the powers which we attributed to our lords, in actual fact had
no real existence. The Divine Law of Mukafat destroys those who deny the truth.pz.

These are allegorical descriptions, but without doubt those who do not prepare themselves will
suffer tremendously in the future environment. The word "inferno'' is used to describe this particular situation that will be unbearable due to lack of sufficient growth and development of
their Self. Preparation and development of the Self is accomplished by virtuous deeds. See verse 40:47.(sig).

আৰু যেতিয়া সিহঁতে জাহান্নামত পৰস্পৰে বিতৰ্কত লিপ্ত হ’ব, তেতিয়া দুৰ্বলসকলে অহংকাৰীবিলাকক ক’ব, ‘নিশ্চয় আমি তোমালোকৰ অনুসাৰী আছিলো, এতেকে তোমালোকে আমাৰ পৰা জাহান্নামৰ জুইৰ কিছু অংশ গ্ৰহণ কৰিবানে’?

ثُمَّ لَمْ تَكُنْ فِتْنَتُهُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا وَاللَّهِ رَبِّنَا مَا كُنَّا مُشْرِكِينَ
তেতিয়া সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত এই কথাৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো অজুহাত নাথাকিব, ‘আমাৰ ৰব আল্লাহৰ শপত! আমি মুশ্বৰিক নাছিলো’।

انْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَذَبُوا عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِهِمْ ۚ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
চোৱা, কেনেকৈ সিহঁতে নিজৰ ওপৰতে মিছা কৈ আছে আৰু যি মিছা সিহঁতে ৰচনা কৰিছিল সেয়া কেনেকৈ সিহঁতৰ পৰা হেৰাই গ’ল।

مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ قَالُوا ضَلُّوا عَنَّا بَلْ لَمْ نَكُنْ نَدْعُو مِنْ قَبْلُ شَيْئًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ الْكَافِرِينَ
আল্লাহৰ বাহিৰে’? সিহঁতে ক’ব, ‘সিহঁত দেখোন আমাৰ পৰা আঁতৰি গৈছে; বৰং ইতিপূৰ্বে আমি কাকো আহ্বান কৰা নাছিলো’। এইদৰেই আল্লাহে কাফিৰসকলক বিভ্ৰান্ত কৰে।

এয়া এইকাৰণে যে, তোমালোকে পৃথিৱীত অযথা উল্লাস কৰিছিলা আৰু এইকাৰণেও যে, তোমালোকে অহংকাৰ কৰিছিলা।

এতেকে তুমি ধৈৰ্য ধাৰণ কৰা। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি সত্য। আমি সিহঁতক যি প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি প্ৰদান কৰিছো তাৰে অলপ হয়তো মই তোমাক দেখুৱাই দিম নাইবা তোমাৰ মৃত্যু ঘটাম, তথাপিও দেখোন সিহঁতে মোৰ ওচৰতেই প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তিত হ’ব।

وَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعْضَ الَّذِي نَعِدُهُمْ أَوْ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيْنَا مَرْجِعُهُمْ ثُمَّ اللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ
আৰু আমি সিহঁতক যি (শাস্তিৰ) প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিছো তাৰে অলপ যদি তোমাক (পৃথিৱীতে) দেখুৱাই দিওঁ অথবা (সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত সেয়া অহাৰ আগতেই) তোমাক মৃত্যু প্ৰদান কৰো, তথাপিও সিহঁত আমাৰ ওচৰতেই উভতি আহিব লাগিব; তদুপৰি সিহঁতে যি কৰে আল্লাহেই তাৰ সাক্ষী।

40:77. (O Rasool! You should clearly explain all this to them. Thereafter) Remain steadfast in the implementation of your program. All promises of Allah are true; whatever is being told to you will happen exactly in that way. But it is possible that some things will
manifest during your life; and some after your death. (But this does not make any
difference. You should carry on with your mission. It is up to Us to decide when the
results should manifest themselves ~ 43:42; 23:95; 10:46) Our Law of Mukafat continues
functioning all the time; and every step of these people brings them closer to it. They cannot go out of it.pz.

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلًا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ لَمْ نَقْصُصْ عَلَيْكَ ۗ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قُضِيَ بِالْحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ
আৰু অৱশ্যে আমি তোমাৰ পূৰ্বে বহুতো ৰাছুল প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছো। আমি তেওঁলোকৰ কিছুমানৰ বৰ্ণনা তোমাৰ ওচৰত কৰিছো আৰু কিছুমানৰ বৰ্ণনা কৰা নাই। আল্লাহৰ অনুমতি বিনে কোনো নিৰ্দেশ লৈ অহা কোনো ৰাছুলৰ পক্ষে সম্ভৱ নহয়। এতেকে যেতিয়া আল্লাহৰ আদেশ আহিব তেতিয়া ন্যায় সংগতভাৱে ফয়চালা হৈ যাব। তেতিয়া বাতিলপন্থীবিলাক ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত হ’ব।

[40:71] when (Izi) the shackles (El'Ag'laalu) are around (Fii) their necks (A'naaqi-him') and (Wa) the chains (Es'Salaasilu); being dragged (Yus'habuun)
[40:72] in (Fii) the magma (El'Hamiimi); and then (Thumma) into (Fii) the Fire (En'Naari), they will be
inflamed (Yus'jaruun).
[40:73] Then (Thumma) it will be said to them (Qiila Lahum'), "Where (Ai'na) are those (Maa) you used to (Kuntum') associate (idolize) (Tush'rikuun)
[40:74] besides GOD (Min Duuni-llahi)?" They (the transgressors) will say (Qaalu'), “They have diverted from us (Dollu' Ånnaa). In fact (Bal), we did (Nakun) not (Lam') invoke (Nad'u') anything (Shai'an) before (Min
Qab'lu).” Thus (Kazaalika) does GOD (Ellahu) send the disbelievers (El'Kaafiriin) astray (-Yudillu).
[40:75] That (Zaalikum) is because (Bimaa) you used to (Kuntum') exult (Taf'rahuuna) on earth (Fiil' Ar'di)
without (Bi-Gai'ri) right (El'Haqqi) and (Wa) because (Bimaa) you were (Kuntum') exultant (Tam'rahuun).
[40:76] “Enter (Ed'khuluu') the gates (Ab'waaba) of Hell (Jahannama), eternally (Khaalidiina) therein (Fiihaa);
and (Fa) wretched (Bi'sa) is the abode (Math'waa) of the arrogant ones (El'Mutakabbiriin).”
[40:77] So (Fa) be patient (Es'bir'); indeed (Inna), the promise of GOD (Wa'da-llahi) is true (Haqqun). And (Fa) whether (Immaa) We show you (s) (Nuriyannaka) some (Ba'do) of what (Ellazii) We have promised
them (Naedu-hum') or (Aw') cause you to die (Natawaffayannaka), then (Fa) to Us (ilai'naa) they will be returned (Yur'jauun).
[40:78] And (Wa) We have certainly (Laqad') sent (Ar'sal'naa) messengers (Rusulan) before you (s)

Qab'li-ka); among them (Min'hum') are those (Man) We have narrated (Qasos'naa) to you (Ålai'ka), and
(Wa) among them (Min'hum) are those (Man) We have not (Lam') narrated (Naq'sus') to you (s) (Ålai'ka). And (Wa) it is (Kaana) not (Maa) for (Li) a messenger (Rasuulin) to (An) bring (Ya'tiya Bi) a sign (Aayatin)
except (illa) by (Bi) the permission of GOD (Iz'ni-llahi). And (Fa) when (Izaa) the command of GOD (Am'ru-llahi) comes (Jaa'a), they will be judged (Qudiya) in truth (Bil' Haqqi), and (Wa) it is there (Hunaalika) the falsifiers (El'Mub'tiluun) will lose (Khasira).
